A. Right of Withdrawal Information

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 90 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 90 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HITOFURI Europe GmbH, Im Sträßle 8, 71706 Markgröningen, Germany, Tel.: 01707778887, E-Mail: info@hitofuri.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g.You must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a letter sent by post or email. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of the withdrawal of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless a different arrangement has been expressly agreed upon; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

We will cover the costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any potential depreciation of the goods if this depreciation is attributable to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
